That incredible view and easy access to the beach took top priority at each step of the design process. As this active family engages with the outdoors — the lake, the pool and its deck, an outdoor kitchen — on a daily basis, a constant connection to nature was imperative.

Over the years, Sears has found that the happiest homeowners are the ones that have clear opinions while also putting their complete trust in the design and build team. This allows the creation of homes that truly capture a family’s everyday needs along with their most unique wishes. Each member of Sears Architects had a hand in bringing this project to the finish line, and that satisfaction of a team effort extends to all the artisans, craftspeople, and talented individuals that contributed their own skills to making the home a reality.
