“To work successfully is to work collaboratively, allowing discussion, debate, and continued education to elevate the process.”

One unexpected favorite feature is the morning kitchen, a space originally intended for small appliances, catering, and bar service. Over time, it has become a highly functional and well-loved part of the home, proving the success of the thoughtful design.
Sustainability was an important consideration in the construction of the home. Instead of demolishing the previous structure on-site, it was carefully deconstructed, with windows and interior finishes salvaged for reuse. The slate roof was removed, stored, and then reinstalled on the new home, blending reclaimed materials with the fresh design.
The home has already played a role in family milestones, serving as the setting for wedding preparations and photos. These moments highlight how a welldesigned home becomes more than just a living space; it becomes a vessel for memories. The success of the English Golf Estate lies in its ability to feel both grand and personal, striking the perfect balance between sophistication and comfort.
