A central staircase rises into a tower-like form at the front of the house, allowing western light to flood into the family room and main living areas. Upstairs, a loft space at the top of the stairwell doubles as a study and informal family gathering area, fostering connectivity and warmth. The home’s interior, designed by Jessica Neeper, is a masterful interplay of comfort and sophistication. Warm hues, soft textures, and rich materials create an inviting atmosphere, while detailed millwork and custom built-ins add depth without overwhelming the design.
The exterior’s English-inspired lines, realized in brick and stucco, complement the light and airy interiors, resulting in a home that feels both classic and contemporary.
