Haven Interior Design represents the creative partnership of Debra Shull, a third generation Montanan, and Phoebe McEldowney, originally from England. Their collaboration began in 2004, bonded by their love of the west and anchored by a strong foundation in European design.

The partners are proud of every home in their extensive portfolio, which spans almost two decades. “We love Classicism, which is reflected in the timeless quality of our work. The homes we designed 20 years ago are still relevant and beautiful today.”

Haven Interior Design’s decisions are driven by the location and surrounding landscape of each project. Inspired by incredible architecture, interiors that are thoughtfully curated, luxurious textiles—all things they find have a foundation in classic design— the firm delights in helping families create the spaces that will be loved and where memories last.

If they had any words of wisdom, it would be that good design will always have an equal measure of form and function. Debra and Phoebe believe every item in a home should be both beautiful and functional: sometimes an item’s function is simply to be beautiful.
