Claire Maestroni & Giorgio Maroulis— Interior Designer

“Interior design is a way to arrange harmony in a physical space.”

Claire Maestroni & Giorgio Maroulis, interior designer

An Excerpt from “/be-spok/[bespoke]: a philosophy of beauty” by Beth Benton Buckley:

“Voce Di” is Italian for the “voice of,” and is also the name of the design studio of interior designers Claire Maestroni and Giorgio Maroulis. They deliver “a visual voice, vocabulary, [and] language” by distilling definition and creating identity for each project’s program, clients’ taste, lifestyle, and needs. With their combined half a century of experience, partners in life and business, Claire and Giorgio have aided in the design of dozens of homes throughout Europe and the East Coast.

Claire is originally from France and worked as a lawyer there and in the U.S. for the first part of her career, always admiring the art and design that surrounded her in Paris. Giorgio, raised in Italy and Greece before moving to New York City as a teenager, comes from an artistic family: his father was a builder, his mother a fashion designer, and brother an artist and architect.
