With a foreword by international icon Chad Oppenheim, New View: A Curated Visual Gallery: Twenty Magnificent Homes by Florida Architects seeks to awaken a new perspective on how we define structure, function, beauty, and home. The hardcover book New View is a brilliantly curated collection featuring large, vibrant photographs of 20 homes designed by architects with a wide variety of creative approaches—from local names who intentionally maintain boutique firms to design celebrities that regularly garner international attention.

Early in her career, I began following Linda’s work on Instagram and, over the summer, I had the chance to meet with the Detroit-based artist and travel to her studio.

I spent part of my summer fulfilling my idea of an “American Gypsy Road Trip” with my husband John and teenage daughter Elle. There were no reservations at fancy hotels, in fact, no reservation at all.

I joined Juan Carlos Arcila-Duque, one of our fabulous interior designers from the title Some Like It HOT, for his Instagram Live series, Art Talks, last month.

We’ve had a whirlwind of events and activity during the first half of 2019! We enjoy nothing more than spending time with the amazing talent and watching our stars shine at book-signings. There was never a dull moment, that’s for sure!
